I appreciate your follow-up. I wish I could say I was as satisfied with my purchase. I had to call again today, looking for my item. Once again, the representative I spoke to stated that they had no record of my purchase. However, late last week, I got a call from Mercantila saying that my item was backordered and would be shipped in a few days. I have still not been charged for the stroller, but I am growing rather weary of this transaction and the inability of Mercantila to keep their information straight. I was under the impression I was getting a good deal, however an easy purchase would have been worth the extra $20 I would have paid elsewhere. Any assistance you can give would be appreciated.
