I stopped writing when the black and mild ran out. lol. But, it's moving along nicely. I'm going to call Dell and see if she has a couple of dollars for smokes. She was supposed to sell some things she found yesterday. If I get them, I'll probably finish this up today. It's going to be a quiet day and I'm in the mood to write. I just need my props for the lemons. :) Well, here's the next part:

I'm out of smokes and want to get to writing on Prefect. Don't have enough for a pack so I'm going to go get one of the smaller ones. I hope they aren't more than a buck thirty or I'm out of luck. I need something to puff on for lemons. lol. |

I hope everyone had a normal boring Thursday: I certainly did. As an article in the Guardian points out, in this country we tend to believe that Thanksgiving is a bit weird and no amount of turkey-centric episodes of Friends can change our minds.
But although I don't have an opinion on Thanksgiving (apart from "marshmallows with vegetables: why oh why?"), I do have an opinion on "Thanksgiving", which was of course this week's instalment of Heroes.

They were a handful, but we made it through the day. Apparently classic reggae keeps the twin lungs at bay. lol. I had to dance, too, but at least they were entertained. :) Makes me glad for the peace and solitude. I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving day, and aren't too out of it in the usual turkey induced semi-coma that follows a great Thanksgiving meal. |
